Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of property managed by The BigBear Stays . By booking and renting property with us, you ("the Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
A booking is only considered confirmed once we have received the full payment or deposit (as specified at the time of booking).
The Guest is responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
3. Cancellation Policy
The Guest may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date without incurring any penalty.
To cancel a booking, the Guest must notify us in writing (via email or other written means).
If the cancellation is made 14 days or more before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed 14-day window will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
The Company is not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees associated with the refund process.
5. Changes to Your Booking
Any changes to the booking, including the dates or property, must be requested at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or fees.
6. Check-in and Check-out
The Check-in at the property is available after 02:00 PM.
The Check-out time is 11:00 AM
Early check-in is subject to availability
7. Property Use and Conduct
The property is to be used solely for the purpose of accommodation during the rental period. Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
The Guest agrees to abide by all local laws, regulations, and house rules provided at check-in.
The Guest is responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any damages must be reported to the Company immediately.
8. Liability
The Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings incurred during the rental period.
The Company is also not liable for any unforeseen events or circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, or maintenance issues.
9. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure to provide services due to events outside our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or Region].
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Guest prior to their booking.
